Lead Recruiter / Recruiting Consultant | Technology Start-Ups

Head of Recruiting | Fuigo

Fuigo was an early stage start-up building a project management SaaS and a two-sided marketplace for the interior design industry. Unfortunately, Fuigo did not receive necessary funding to continue operations.
• Spearheaded talent acquisition practice and successfully met hiring objective of doubling the staff in less than six months
• Managed all recruitment from sourcing and interviewing talent, to leading decision meetings, extending and negotiating offers, and onboarding talent
• Established goals, tracked metrics, and analyzed data against performance indicators to evaluate and report on progress
• Developed comprehensive hiring plans, processes, and materials to guide best practices (interview matrixes, candidate skill assessments, interviewer guides, compelling job descriptions, etc.)
